The Information Technology Department

The Information Technology Department is a structural unit of the Court Administration, and it handles tasks assigned to it by the Court Administration in the area of information technologies. These are its functions:
- To ensure the functioning, development and improvement of the unified information system of the courts and the Computerised National Land Book;
- To ascertain that security requirements related to the information system of the Computerised National Land Book are fulfilled;
- To work with other structural units of the Court Administration in promoting the introduction of new services, products and technologies;
- To organise on-the-job training for Land Register judges, assistants to judges and consultants by organising various seminars, conferences and training courses;
- To administer and provide technological maintenance of Land Register servers, computers and printers;
- To prepare information and statistics about issues that are the department’s concern;
- To audit data and to supervise system users.
