Hosted by the Government of Latvia, in co-operation with the OECD, the Open Government Partnership, and the Pathfinders for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, at the second Global Dialogue of Justice Leaders, global justice leaders reflected on ways to help governments revitalize the social contract and strengthen democratic values and citizens’ trust in public institutions by putting people at the center of justice systems.
