03.09.2019 On Friday, June 21st in Kiev, Ukraine the Minister of Justice Jānis Bordāns signed a memorandum of agreement with the Ukrainian Vice-Prime Minister (Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Stepan Kubiv, in order to promote measures associated with the protection of industrial property.

25.06.2019 On Tuesday, 25th June the Government supported the amendments to the Criminal Law and the Criminal Procedure Law proposed by the Ministry of Justice stipulating to reduce the number of minors subjected to the traditional criminal liability system, that is, to encourage their resocialization.
