30.03.2017 On Thursday, March 30, in Strasbourg, Dzintars Rasnacs (Dzintars Rasnačs), the Minister of Justice, met Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, the Council of Europe Deputy Secretary General, and signed on behalf of the Republic of Latvia the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs so that Latvia could commence the accession procedure to the aforementioned convention.
